About Me

I’ve been a certified personal trainer for over 12 years. I have worked with a wide range of clients, from age eighteen to eighty years old. Many of my clients have consulted me for help with their weight loss and diverse fitness needs and goals.

Over the years, I have learned many different training styles and how to design a workout specific to an individual’s needs. As a trainer, I have acquired great listening skills which allow me to develop positive relationships with my clients. I encourage my clients to be very vocal so I can evaluate what works best for them.

Philosophy

To achieve overall health, you need to find the right balance that works specifically for you. To achieve overall wellness, you need to combine resistance training, balance, and coordination, health education, cardiovascular training and proper nutrition.
